Can I Return an Order?

Yes, we offer 60-Day Returns on orders in new, in box & not installed condition. The customer is responsible for the return freight to our warehouse & subject to a restocking fee. You will need to reach out for an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) and address to ship the package back to.

What is a Restocking Fee?

A restocking fee is percentage of the order total not refunded, due to our free shipping on all orders. Any item in brand new condition that has to be returned will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, NO EXCEPTIONS. Once inspected

What happens if an item arrives damaged or is lost?

If an order is LOST or DAMAGED, please reach out to our customer service department to start a claim.
If such a scenario occurs, Murrieta Motorsports will handle the claim with the shipping company.
A shipping claim typically takes 48 – 72 hours to be resolved and a label for return shipping of the damaged item will be provided.
After this period, Murrieta Motorsports will send out a replacement order at no additional cost for damaged and lost packages.

How long does it take for a refund?

Once an RMA # is generated and an address is provided, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. After being delivered back to our warehouse, we inspect all returns and it typically takes 1-3 business days to be approved. Once the return is approved, the funds are returned and can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to show back up on your statement.
